Right, before you crucify me for even asking can I just say that the roads where I live and drive my car most days are appalling. Just how bad they were escaped me until I got my M3...
I think the dampers are the original ones (110k miles) and the springs are Eibach. I beleive that replacing the dampers may help, but having tested a B3S recently and being very impressed with the ride quality, I wondered if the B3S suspension might be an option to put onto the M3?
Does anyone else have any suggestions around decent quality replacement springs & dampers that would help alleviate the crashy ride I'm getting on the current setup.

Just gone through that same decision. Almost went for PSS10 but didn't want the ride height drop so am now on fresh standard set up, so new Sachs. I know the quality of the M3 standard setup can be very supple, comfortable so my rationale is thus standard setup, but most importantly with perfect alignment to put her in the sweet spot -outside the sweet spot of course, any car will be much more crashy on bumps. Prerequisite as well though is good ball joints and bushes as well.
The Eibachs (despite internet hearsay) give a terrible ride compared to stock springs,
I'd go back to a completely stock new set up if I were you, those chaps at ///M division know their onions and as a result I find a standard car a perfect compromise for fast road work, as they should be
For the record On my E46 M3 fitted eibachs, then intrax coilovers before going back to stock suspension before trading the car in, all I'm saying is I wished I saved my money and never touched the car. It drove so much better on the road with the stock suspension
