I have been looking for a while and found this beauty at a main dealer, 09 car only 15,000 miles. Cant say I liked them when they were new but I just love every mile I drive, great car!

Many congrats, not that many main dealer low mileage cars around, at least not unless you wanted it in maroon exterior.

And i gather petrol has had its biggest monthly price fall for 4 years. Enjoy!

thanks guys, I have no ideas on the numbers but I am hoping there wont have been many 09 cars and the milage will keep it fairly special.

You are quite right according to the website HowManyLeft.co.uk (not sure how reliable it is) in 2009 there were just 30 new registrations, so rare as rocking horse manure I would say?

I also have an 09 Coupe, rarely do you see an 09 plate for sale and when you do it is invariably a Convertible.

I doubt there is another out there with just 15k on the clock though? In general the 6 series is not a common sight on our roads, the M version an even rarer bird, I personally have never seen another one on the roads. Sure, they exist but spotting one is not an every day occurrence.

I love mine to bits and really enjoy driving it, I am probably in a minority by saying this, but I prefer it to the E60 M5 (which I have also owned and loved) for no other reason than it feels (to me anyway) just that little bit more exclusive due to its scarcity.

Excellent find! They are extremely rare as an '09, and would be my ideal spec if I were to dip my toe into V10 ownership again. Unfortunately in Belgium they are priced somewhat above what the UK market is charged, with this high-mileage example sitting at 37K euro...

I remember seeing a late 2010 M6 Coupe with Competition Package fully loaded.
