Help me find a E90 M3
Discussion
Hi All,
Having just downsized on my C63 I thought it might be time to give the M3 a look. Whilst I loved the noise and general madness of the C63 I am still hankering for something I can really drive, I test drove an M3 before buying the C63 and really liked it but was won over by the sheer madness of the C63.
I am looking to spend about £20K and it looks like that will get me a 2007 with decent ish miles.
I have seen these and wanted to get some thoughts:

There is also the blue one at £19495 but I cant find out anything about the company (I drive car sales) so not sure if they are legit.
http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds?CarTypeFF=A...
Thoughts and any other suggestions would be appreciated!
Cheers.

I think the black one looks a good honest car. Obviously you have to view it to get a better opinion, only thing it's missing is EDC which wouldn't bother me in the slightest. I had it on mine but after the first 6 months never bothered altering it. The blue one is a special edition and looks too cheap IMO.

I would seek assistance from someone as your going to drive away with an E92 M3 when you've posted you want an E90 !Having just downsized on my C63 I thought it might be time to give the M3 a look. Just as well I started this thread then!
Its quite simple really, but if your new to BMW it might seem confusing.jrinns said:

E90 = 4 door
E92 = 2 door and in M3 carbon roof
E93 = convertible
E91 no M3 but is estate in the rest of the range.
M3s seem good value at 20k, good allrounder
Just found this one:

Looked a little too good to be true but the company looked big and fairly reputable. That was until I did a Google search on them......... Bloody hell, how do these people stay in business???

I know, that would have been me done tbh. Looking at it it seems to be about £8k ish too cheap, not sure what the scam is but there must be one!
Unless I'm looking at a different car it's a 2007/8 car but listed as a 2010 cerb4.5lee said:

Not all m3 coupes have a carbon roof. I have seen one with a sunroof. Only one though, so not exactly common
Yes I thought I was hallucinating when I saw a coupe with a sun roof. It was in Munich at the BMW World dealer/museum so I wondered if it was a 'special' of some sort at the time. Seemed odd since it was this summer and E92 was about to be discontinued.Davidonly said:
