Which tyre rating for E60 M5

I currently have continental sport contact 2's which are ZR rated...will replacing them with a 100Y rated tyre do the job, or should I be sticking with a ZR rating?? HNY!

ZR are rated to 150mph +, exactly how much "+" depends on the make.

100Y is a load rating of 100 (800Kg) and a speed rating of Y, 186mph.

100y should be fine and is probably what's listed on the sticker on the driver's door jamb.
