Hi, the inside of my front light clusters are looking a bit grim.
I'm planning on removing the front lights, breaking them down, cleaning and rebuilding.
There's a few vids on YouTube but I'm just wondering if anyone on here has done this job, anything to look out for?

Cheers

I always found that getting the indicator off was the hardest part. It's supposed to easy be but I never mastered it. I've never opened up a headlamp unit... sorry for being no help.

It's pretty easy to get the front lenses and glass bits off, they separate by 4-6 clips around the edge, but to get in and clean the inside of the glass, you'll need to cut the silicone from around the round inner lenses.

Be careful what you clean the mirrored reflectors with, soap and water should be fine, but I remember someone wiping the chrome off with some sort of cleaner.
