New google maps, sending to f10 M5 lci

Good evening,

Please can someone point me to a link that explains sending the new google maps, to the the satnav in an f10 m5 lci
Or even better explain the steps they take to do it.
Ive followed various links, all to no avail.

I was able to do it before they changed maps, but can no longer find the option to send it to the car

Have the car registered etc, simply cant find the option in the updated maps...

The easiest way is to switch back to the old style maps! Click the ? icon bottom right, then select 'Revert to classic Google maps'.

However, I suspect that this option won't be available for too much longer, I've not tried it but I think you have to create a Google account and log in to do it with the new style maps.

Can you not use the Google Maps on the BMW Remote App instead ?

Have a look at the screenshot, top left, under the location there is a 'send to car' option..

New maps has the option back to send to car, originally it wasn't there and you had to use old maps.

Except when I do exactly way you did, the 'Send to Car' option is not there!

After reverting back to the old maps and now going back to the new version I can now see the Send to Car option
that was not present as per Richards post.

I can't get it to work even when using the old maps.

I click send, car, BMW etc. put in my username click send and absolutely nothing happens. The screen just sits there.

Any ideas?
