Hi;

Recently bought one of these excellent cars.
What tyres get the best out of it?
I have used 888's for similar 'fun handling' cars anyone else used them on one of these?

How often and in what conditions are you planning on driving it?

You can get R888s, but they'll last about 3,000 miles compared to the 15-20k of the ones below.

For general, fast road and a bit of hooning action, then you can't go much wrong with Michelin Pilot Supersports, Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2 or Continental SportContact 5.

If you want a more track-focused tyre then go for the Pilot Sport Cup 2, P-Zero Corsa/Trofeo, or one of the other road legal trackdays tyres from Kumho/Toyo/Dunlop/Federal/Nangkang/Yoko (if they're available in the size you want).

I use the Pilot Supersport, and they cope with everything from wet, cold winter commutes, to May & September laps of the 'Ring (5-40 laps depending on the accident/closure rate) - and I'm still getting about 20k miles out of the rears.

Yep. Pilot super sports or eagle F1 Asymmetric 2

The Eagle F1 A2s are getting soft now. SuperSports or Bridgestone S001s if you want the ultimate steering feel. Vred Vorti are good feels too.

Great tyres on a Z4MR. I've had Conties Vreds & PS on mine and the later are also the best so far.
