Has anyone even done a thousand miles in one of these yet?

Love that colour. Did you manage to negotiate a deal at all?

Mine went through 1000 miles last time I was driving it, will be looking to get its first service later this month I think, no issues or oil usage yet.

Yes, I did 4,000 miles in the couple of months I had the M3. No oil usage at all, and performance got notably better after 2k miles.

I imagined it wouldn't use much thanks. And got the 5 years servicing and a tracker thrown in with it. Cheers the colour sold me to just seen it sitting on the forecourt and had to have it :-)

Nice car. CF roof delete breaks my heart but a sunroof is a nice thing to have.

What kind of range and mpg were you getting, Andrew?

I do like the colour but i think the M3 looks better. No CF roof is a shame.

Wasn't sold on the m3 at all and I'm actually thinking of getting the roof wrapped

Averaged around 22-23mpg, but it would do 30+ on an 80mph cruise. Max I ever saw was 35mpg when really trying and the least (outside of caning it) was high teens in urban driving. Tank is quite small (around 60 litres IIRC) so the range was low 300's.

It's replacement (ML63 AMG) won't do 23mpg even if try lol

Lol smile
And you're surprised how?

Our 2013 (bi-turbo) E63 is averaging around 21mpg over the last 10,000 miles. Still better than our old M156(?) C63.
