I have the top tier extended warranty with BMW.

Can someone please confirm the following?

If my car ever has multiple faults at the same time, do you pay the excess for each fault? Or once for entire claim?

Do you get charged if they can't find a fault if I ever book my car in?

Cheers chaps

I've had two issues fixed under the one claim. I also know the same is true for quite a few other people.

Not sure about the diagnostic/labour charge if nothing is found though.

It's an insurance policy, reasonable diag charges are only accepted as part of a valid claim. If no fault is found then there is no claim.

Agreed - and so you'd be expected to pay for the diagnosis in those circumstances.
