Hi Guys,

Having some slight running issues on my 98 evo. Poor idle for 2secs on initial start, Low on power, misfire, poor fuel economy (25 mpg). Have flashed the codes via a Peake (table 14) and got a 0c code which says Lambda probe 2.

Am going to replace but cant find which of the 2 is lambda 2.

Real OEM shows different PN's:

Could anybody provide any guidance please? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

I would think they are both exactly the same. And if i were you I would replace both whilst you are under there doing it.
I hope the old ones come out ok as they can be a pig.

Different PN's on real OEM sadly. I'm leaning towards changing both. however...

on M3 cutters one of the chaps reckons that the lambda doesnt come into effect until its warm (about 30sec) so this would mean that it cant be my problem as it happens very slightly on initial startup.

hmmmm really dont want to shotgun this!!

Have chucked some Redex through it incase its gummed up injectors. The car has been sat around a lot in the past few years. (1000m in past 3 years!)

lambdas is the same but part numbers dont because different cable length. on diagnostics you can view lambda in real time. both need to work. simply buy bosch universal lambdas and brick it to original connector.
