Hi, i have a 335i coupe with a remap and need new tyres!

Bit of advice required, not sure if you know much about these tyres but I'm buying some 19" (8.5" F & 9.5"R) I was going to fit Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 (225/35/19-F & 255/30/19-R)
BUT
I'm now looking at Michelin Pilot Super Sport, only minor trouble is they only do 265/30/19 for the rear which i don't think is an issue on 9.5" rims?

Anybody got any experience with these tiers?

PSS are probably the best tyres you can get at the moment, most of the M cars come with them.

People rate the Goodyears, but I never liked them on my old e46 M3. The SuperSports are a great road tyre and I have them on the CSL now.

I have the Super Sports on the M5 and the Goodyears on the Clio.

Both are excellent but it'd be a bit inaccurate to make a direct comparison between the tyres on two totally different cars. Most reviews do have the Michelins as one of the best subjectively though and I think they tend to last longer across the board. The Goodyears have the advantage of being superb value for money compared to a lot of the premium brands.

You're unlikely to go wrong with either.

Have them on the M5 ....good tyres.
Noy as grippy as the Pirelli tyres I had on the AMG but they last a lot longer.
A good compromise between grip and wear.

The PSS are by far and away the stickiest regular car tyre that I've used on the road. There's actually too much grip for my M135i's meagre 315hp in the dry. Though they're actually pretty impressive in the wet too!

OP, as stock, the E92 M3 has 265/35/19 size rear tyres on a 19x9.5 wheel.

If anything, the 265 width is optimal for the 9.5 inch width. 255 might look stretched.

Also, I would go for 245 on the fronts.

I know yours isn't an M3, but just giving you an example of a 265 tyre being used on a 9.5 wheel as stock, so you shouldn't have any problems doing it on your 335 smile

I'd definitely agree with this.

Ze barge is sporting PSS boots at the moment and I'm very pleased with them.

PSS are great tyres. Some decent prices available here too at the moment as far as I understand!

I put the Goodyears on my previous Aston as they were a significant improvement on EOM Bridgestone's. I like the PSS on my Z4M, but a bit too sticky IMHO as others have said. I think the car would be more adjustable on a slightly less grippy compound.

Another vote for PSS. Much better than PS3 in terms of grip in both wet and dry conditions. And much better than PS3 in colder conditions in my experience.

I used tyreleader too for mine... straight forward buying experience.
