2012 F10 M5 Rear Suspension Knocking

Hi All, as per title I have a 2012 M5 which has developed a knocking from the rear suspension most noticeable at slow speeds over rough ground or small speed bumps. I found the below post from what I think is an American forum where the issue seems to be a known fault in early f10 models and BMW have issued a "fix kit".

Has anyone in the UK had this issue? anyone happen to have the UK equivalent BMW fix note? I'm speaking to my local dealer as for a known fault this should have been recalled and fixed under warranty in my view. The PDF on the above link is for the American market so the dealer can't use it against my car.

It's not a safety issue, so BMW UK wold not issue a recall (it's different in the US, due to their 'lemon' laws).

It should be covered under warranty, IMHO, as it's a design/build problem.
