Trigger pulled, spec confirmed yesterday... Now for the waiting to commence...

Tanzanite Blue
Opal White Full Leather
DCT
Black Alloys
Sun Protection Glass
Extended Storage
Sliding Armrest (why is this even an option?!)
Carbon Fibre Trim
Adaptive LEDs
M-HUD
Harmon Kardon
Leather Instrument Panel - BMW Ind

I've not seen one I this spec in the flesh... Any out there to allow me a sneak peak before I get delivery.

Also debating a few M Performance treats like a carbon rear spoiler, M Performance Exhaust and black grills... Has anyone managed a decent deal on these, particularly the exhaust £3800 - ouch!

Now to find new homes for my M235i and E39 M5... Anyone?!

Nice specification - like the look of Tanzanite on the configurator - it's the colour I am drawn to when I play around with specs for a new car. Would really like to see it in the flesh

Congrats on the order, that's going to look lovely, I was tempted with silver stone interior but have two messy sprogs so thought better of it white, now that would be out of the question for me but will look fantastic I'm sure.

Not sure how much the mperformance stuff was on my order, I'll look at my order form in a bit and reply, I know elms stansted was way way cheaper then specialist cars Stevenage, (both main dealers) not sure why price varied so much but as its a fitted price I guess labor rates and estimated fitting time can vary.

Boot spoiler £435.50
Front spoiler and lower trim £1069.16
Mpe with titanium tips £3904.42
Black front grill £259.32
Rear diffuser £940.44
Side sills and graphics £636.71
Total £7245.55

That's fitted including vat. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not but it's cheaper than the first quote from Stevenage.

Read your previous post about rationale for high spec but that is some pretty impressive man maths!

I hadn't actually added it up until that post. Oops did add up to a fair whack. no way would I spend that aftermarket but my theory was if it fits within the monthly payment budget then all good.

Bobbyjoe77: when is your estimated delivery then? Interested to hear how individual effects things

That's sounds a great spec and the 7k for the M performance add ons doesn't sound too bad, don't forget the alcantara carbon race display steering wheel!

That's an epic spend on MP Parts!!!

I have been told that I will get the car this side of the New Year, one thing to be aware of is that it can be difficult to change an Individual order car as rather than being amendable until it goes into build my dealer informed me that these cars are firm orders from when they are input, requiring a BMW UK - Munich request to get it changed. Bottom line is Individual doesn't make much different to lead times but be sure with your choices first time!

Not a fan of black wheels on Tanzanite, but colour and int work really well.

I've seen combinations of both albeit it not on the M. Maybe do some research on the wheel colour?

Will this do OP ? http://www.specialistcarsbmwtring.co.uk/news/2015/...

I saw this in their showroom about a month ago, looks fantastic! Really like the colour.

Amazing how a dealer trying to sell what is a stunning car uses photo's that are that st.

Tanzanite is a difficult colour to photograph and get the full effect.

Here's mine from a few weeks ago...

Tanzanite Blue and Opal White Full Leather would be my ideal colour combo cool, I just wouldn't go Black wheels as I have never been a fan of them and I think the standard wheels look great like the pic above anyway.
