I'm touching wood as i write this but my current V10 M5 is on 80k on the original clutch.
Whats the highest on here on a single clutch?

Everyone slates them for clutch wear but i've never launched mine and it's still going strong so i wondered what mileage others have had from their clutches. Has anyone cracked 100k or am i on borrowed time?!

the clutch in one of my M5;s has done 110k, I recently took the engine and box out and the clutch was still in decent condition... was never launched though and did a lot of motorway miles.

I sold my V10 M5T with 90k miles on, still on original clutch and no sign of any issues whatsoever.
Again, driven sympathetically whilst I owned it and a lot of motorway miles in the previous ownership.

Ha, not exactly, Mine got ragged a lot as I live in the country thus roads you can actually open the car up a lot, I just also used it to drive to clients and thus did a lot of miles in it... it didn't spend its entire life in weekend traffic in Town which is what I believe kills the clutches!
