E39 Radio/ TV Update

Does anyone know if it's possible to update/ upgrade the system in my m5 whilst keeping the original head unit? It currently has the original setup with 16:9 head unit/ Nav.

Baris at Carphonics offers good 'OEM' upgrades; he can upgrade the amp and add bluetooth to allow you to seamlessly stream spotify etc. from your phone (I have done this in mine and it is excellent). I believe he can also upgrade the TV to receive digital broadcasts.

I've had this mod and it's well worth it, sound massively improved and takes about 10mins to swap out the amp'
