Unless there is something specific that's wrong with your car, it's wearing badly or missing an option that you're kicking yourself for not getting, why change?
Without doubt changing will cost a pretty significant amount, more so as the F10 is end of life. If it were me and I was happy with the car, I'd keep it and see what the G30 M5 is like.
