E92 M3 Wheels

I currently have the 220 style 19" wheels on my M3, but I seem to have trouble keeping them in decent nick, having picked up curb marks on both sides in the space of about a month.

I've never managed this on any other car, so I'm not sure why I'm having trouble. I can only think that the design of the wheel or protection offered by the tyre makes it easier to do damage.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm interested to hear if guys with 18's have the same problems. I'm wondering if its worth switching to 18's in terms of keeping them looking good.

You could try +1 on the tyre size. I think standard is 245/35/19, so try 255/35/19, which should give you slightly more rim protection.
