M6 Alloy options

Looks like one of front alloys is badly curbed and refurbers are saying it's too far gone for diamond cutting. Seems previous owner had already had them repaired.

What are the options ?

Just get the wheels painted ?

Any idea how much a new wheel from BMW will be ?
