Hi All,
I picked up my M5 from Sytner last week. What a car!!
I am still getting used the car and love trying new combinations of M1 and M2.
What do M5 users prefer to set the DRIVE logic settings to? I am still working out what they do.

I bought a 2015 Monte Carlo blue with comfort access , Night vision camera and 20 inch alloys. The piano trim is nice as well.

thanks

Nice motor & enjoy.

As for the M settings, i can't recall exactly but was something like this:

M1: Full attack so Sport Plus everything, max attack DCT settings & TC Off. This was my track setting.
M2: Nearly max attack as above but with suspension set to Sport & MDM rather than TC off. This was my fast road (playtime) setting.

Nice car and enjoy.

I never considered myself brave enough to go flat out in M1 hehe but regardless I always had steering on comfort. The different settings didn't seem to do anything other than make it bloody heavy!

M1 - Sport - D2 - comfort - normal HUD
M2 - sport+ - M3 - sport - M HUD + MDM

I find sport + steering and suspension too firm for the road.

M1 is my usual motorway mode.
M2 when I want to get involved.

Great car enjoy - I drive the new one next month, should be interesting.

I have M1 mode as "fruity everyday driving" and M2 as "release the dogs of war".

M1:
Steering: Sport
Engine: Sport Plus
Suspension: Sport
Gearbox: shift speed 2, auto (and then flick the paddles if I want manual)
HUD: Rev counter

M2:
Everything sport plus, manual shifts at speed 3.

Not brave enough to mess with the traction control settings, but at some point I might have M2 set MDM mode.
