so far the manual (Pre LCI) are selling cheaper than the DCT as it was an expensive option - but this will not be the case for long sure the manual will become the one to have in the future.
I wonder if the same will happen to the m240i. According to how many left, just 28% of M2s are manual, and 15% of m240i are. Guess that makes sense as people are more likely to use a m240 as a daily, but manuals for both seem a rare choice.I've got a manual LCI for sale if you're looking for one, not yet advertised. Reg. Sept 2017; LBB; 4k miles; M Performance Exhaust with carbon tips; M Pro Steering Wheel; Sunroof; HK speakers; M Performance grille and side vents; reversing camera; folding mirrors; sun protection package; rear seat loading system.
PM me if you're interested.

Very high, future classic etc.
There will be a few about, but nearly all the cars that got built for stock were DCT.
I think the big thing that will stop the first M2 cars being that collectible is the fact that they are being replaced with the M2 Competition, which gives the M3/M4 motor. There will be a few about, but nearly all the cars that got built for stock were DCT.
Personally I think an early manual M2 would be great.
