Silverstone Blue E39 M5 on EBay

Hi,
There is an advert up on Ebay for an E39 M5. Pricing (given mileage) seems extremely reasonable at £10,500 (92,000 miles). Aside from the wooden trim accents in the interior it all looks to be very nice, and as a consequence, all too good to be true? Does any one know of the car (or background)?

I've had my eye on that. Does seem sensibly priced compared with the 100k plus cars that just aren't selling.
