F10 M5 Clutch / Gearbox issues in manual mode

2013 car, 60K miles, most of them motorway. Drives fine in auto, but when you are driving it in manual mode I have noticed that it seems to have a mind of it’s own, there is often a very long pause once changed down before you can feel the drivetrain kick back in and if you leave it in the same gear and give it a bit of stick, it will sometimes judder, be slow to react to the throttle and it feels as if the clutch occasionally cuts in and out.

All in all it makes it hard to commit to driving at any pace, because you have no idea what it’s going to do.

I know I haven’t explained it very well, but wondered if anyone recognised the symptoms?

Try a gearbox Oil change. it should do the trick.
