I've had my eye drawn to the dark side! Seen one of the above cars in what looks like immaculate condition. 45k miles, full history, lots of factory options.
Question is, what is top price for one of these? I've never had reason to follow them previously, so never know what the going rate is. Prices seem to range from 15k upwards. The one I've seen is 25k.
It won't be a daily, just a fair weather weekend toy.

Couple of guys I helped by Comp Packs had them for circa 22k£ private sale , slightly lower mileage than “yours”.
Approved used cars for that mileage can hit mid £25k maybe a bit more. If yours isn’t Approved Used maybe a little high , but if you really like the car it’s not bad. I’ve seen so called specialist dealers list higher.

Comp packs do carry a premium , a manual even more so due to rarity. 26 in total I believe.
Also special edition comp packs carry a premium.

Maybe a coincidence , but there is a 2011 offered cheaper on M3 cutters @45k miles if taken as private sale?

Think I might have just seen it earlier. 22k private? 3k at the dealers doesn't seem much of a mark up over the private price. Maybe a return of 20k to the individual selling it via the dealer if the dealer is knocked down to 24k? Do you know the car?

It's this one, seems it's been reduced so maybe not "your one."

I don't know it, but seems the chap's only had it a year, if I backtrack through the posting history.

I’m slightly biased as I’m currently preparing my manual E92 Competition Pack for sale at the moment.. but despite the relatively small changes, the CP cars do carry a premium over the standard cars.

For the record, I’ll be putting my car up for £24k and it’s got just under 40k miles on it, good spec, fresh service at BMW, recent Michelin 4S’ tyres, featured in BMW Car magazine etc.

Hopefully that helps you gauge the pricing on the car you’re looking at. Good luck with the purchase, they’re fantastic cars and that engine is a peach.

Thank you, it was a real privilege to get it featured in the magazine.. I’ve got a couple of copies which will be nice to keep as a memory of the car once it’s gone.

I was behind one of these a couple of days ago and the noise is pure bliss! I may pull the trigger on these in 2020!
