Any help appreciated

Hi all,
Just after some advice! When I take out my v10 M6 - (engine cold), it almost feels as if the clutch is slipping and the car can bounce (kangaroo!) a bit. Once it has warmed up, there is no issue or problem. Clean bill of health from Bmw - no faults. Car has done 50K on a 56 plate. Drives really well apart from this. Any ideas or help please would be very welcome and much appreciated.
Cheers

Do you mean that immediately after start-up, in the first 100 yards, you’re changing from 1st to 2nd and the change is slurred/abrupt? Are you in auto mode? What shift speed are you using (whether auto or manual)? Are you on a hill? All of these could be contributing factors.
From home, I typically set off uphill, do around 20 yards, before turning around using reverse. From there, back down the hill, the very first shift (always manual (M5 or M6), never Auto) into 2nd is slow, but the box is cold, and the oil thick. Unlike a normal manual transmission, there’s no way to feel that though the gearlever, so any lag between clicking the paddle & the box changing feels exacerbated vs. the majority of the shifts you’ll make when driving it, as those are when the box is up to temperature.
If your issue is always at cold start, low speed, try it differently than normal - try changing the shift speed, or going to auto/manual or in 500hp mode not 400, lift the throttle, don’t lift, etc.. if it smooths out doing one of those, I’d try a gearbox adaptation - do you have DIS/INPA?
