BMW E36 M3 SMG to MANUAL any recommendations

I know this has been discussed on here before,and I know it can be done but when I Google it it is showing how it's done but I'm not a spanner man..! I've found a low mileage M3 Evo SMG with a faulty box so rather than repair/replace it I was thinking of having it changed to Manual does anyone know an approx cost and more so any recommendations as too who could do it.
