Impressive mileage on this M3, considering the work that has been carried out this looks a good price to me. What are peoples thoughts?

lovely example. interior is tidy and cd player is preferable to the dated screen. (wish i could swap my screen out).
Sure someone will be along to tell you about head gaskets and rod bearings but just ignore them.
The subframe replacement should be ok but it is not the reinforcement that is done elsewhere with extra plates welded on.

It doesn't seem dear by current prices, has had few previous owners and seems to have been well looked after by the current one too.
I'd want to get the rod bearing shells and engine mounts replaced at that mileage for peace of mind if nothing else, but it looks fantastic in Imola Red!

Manual, facelift in Imola red. Very nice combo. Any other spec wouldn’t matter to me, all about the condition.
MOT history reads well. That bonnet alignment needs investigating, it does say it’s had new wings. Interior looks fundamentally ok, a re trimmed steering wheel, genuine mats and a tidy up would lift it significantly.
Maybe things have changed but it seems cheap for a nice coloured manual. Looks a good buy if it is as genuine as it makes out.

How is it now to actually find a nice e46? I am talking a manual coupe in very good nick (no rust on bodywork atleast).

Anything about 10k will be costly unless your handy with the spanner's and mig welder?
