Well I have officially done it! I'm picking up the replacement for my F82 at 2:30 tomorrow (well, today now technically...). I found a low mileage 73 plate G80 M3 in Isle of Man Green at a BMW dealer and as I really need 4 doors now, I thought 'why not?'. 😁

Pics in the next day or so ...

A mate of mine did the same trading in his F82 for a G series M4 and seems to be very happy with the move, look forward to seeing some pics

Thanks, so far I'm loving it. Considering there's only 3 years between my old 69 plate F82 and this, the G80 is quite different, feels more responsive, angrier and the interior is much more modern. Once I have had more time with it I will put a more comprehensive review up.

They are mega..

I swapped my M4 CS for one last April and got mid pipe done and a mild stage 1 tune..
Now it’s as quick as a 992 turbo S !! What’s not to like!

It may just be me and the fact I’ve been casting an eye on the touring version but I think these have definitely become easier on the eye from when they were first introduced ?

I felt the same in 2021 and 2022 I hated them, that front end! I still think that nose is colour dependent, it's such an aggressive 'in your face' front that muted colours don't really work, but a strong colour works.
