Best authorised m power service in essex

I am fortunate enough to have taken delivery of a new3 g80.
Brilliant car.
In the past I have heard a few negative comments on main dealers for servicing.
I would greatly appreciate any experience positive or negative for the following
Group 1 Chelmsford
Group 1 Southend
Sytner Harold wood or Chigwell

I want to avoid any issues if possible with shoddy workmanship.

I've used Harold Wood a few times. Their communication is disastrous - very hard to get through to people. Their work though appears to be thorough and careful. YMMV.

BM Connected in Braintree. Knowledgeable, meticulous and reasonably priced. I was happy to make the 2 hour trip to have my F82 M4 serviced there. He saved me a headache by pointing out a problem before it became damaging (camshaft realignment) which I’m sure a main dealer wouldn’t have mentioned, which was subsequently sorted under warranty.
Many travel big distances to use them.
