From me that is to Bowker Preston..too many times we see dealers up for criticism but not this time!!

Had nothing but great service from these..

Dropped the M5 of today as I'd noticed a slight groaning noise from the rear diff and when turning slowly right...mainly happened when cold..

Anyway with a bit of research on the M5 board FAQ's, there was a thread on a rear diff fluid replacement...don't know if anyone else has noticed it on theirs?

Gave this info to Bowker, and they looked at it and sorted it with new rear diff fluid as per the details I gave them and for no charge (under warranty anyway)...

I'm loving both the car and the dealerships at the moment!!!

its the same old things with forums - too many people are too keen to tell others about poor service, but do not seem as keen to give praise when due.

glad the M5 and Bowkers are all good
