If you want a custom cage, speak with Matt at www.etamotorsport.co.uk he will do you a cage to suit your needs. They are very reasonable as to costs too. See thread http://www.openpitlane.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?...

That is my cage that Matt did early this year the second one he has done for me and both are superb, never put a price on safety spend once ?

Agreed... I think their work is excellent, they specialise in cages and they are good on price.

Try Phil Cutts at Torquespeed in Worcester - his cars won the BRITCAR championship, with some proper drivers - they wouldnt use him if the work was no good

I know Torquespeed and Phil knows his stuff & his BMW's but do they actually fit cages?

Torquepeed make the best cages for E36...

They fit them and can triangulate to the diff carrier and turrets for extra rigidity.

The welding is in a different league to others I have seen..

Tons of choice for M3 cages, I've seen trackm3s cage in the flesh & its a really utterly cracking job, would def consider using ETA for a full cage build.

I had a harness bar put in an existing cage by www.robinson-race-cars.co.uk

was a cracking job, recommended to me by a mate as they did a cracking job on his full cage & I recommended them to some one on here a while back & he emailed me after-

"Hi iguana

last year (my how time flies!) I posted a question on Ph regarding cages for my E28 M535i and who I could use...

Well, you said try Andy Robinson Race cars. I did, and I am rapt. What a total Gent.

Great job was done with the cage as well as all plexi glass windows and removal of the sunroof...

Pics will be posted in due course.

Thanks for the heads-up!

Cheers,

Jason"

I have no connection with then at all & only used them the once & I do think they are pretty pricey, but its really excellent work & were a nice bunch to deal with.

Mine is at Custom Cages as we speak. It certainly isn't the cheapest option but once I'd seen a few cars with the cage in it convinced me of the quality.
