ive decided against the CSL wheel option that litterally all z4m owners seem to have, instead im going for some dymag carbon rims, but i have no clue as to what size to order, i was thinking as the csls fit perfectly i could just copy the size?? obviously i dont want any sort of rubbing or contacting any of the bodywork/or suspension ect ect,

ok how this? (CSL sizes)

F 19 x 8.5 ET44
R 19 x 9.5 ET27

these are the sizes i was planning on ordering, or am i barking up the wrong tree here, lol.

Those sizes will be fine - I'm one of those sheep with CSLs.

However I'd think about 9" for the rears and 8" for the fronts - with the CSL size tyres though (265/30z19 & 235/35z19) - otherwise you'll have no kerb protection from the tyre wall - I've lost count of how many tiny knocks mine have had that have caused 6" scrapes.

I'm going back to original Z4MC wheels, but keeping 265s on the rear and 235s on the front for added protection.

What concerned me about all the ones on CSLs though, is the overall tyre sizes are smaller than the originals - to keep the overall diameter as close as possible to the originals the tyres should be 265/35z19 & 235/40z19.

You can run 245/35 and 275/30 with no problems, they are closer to the original diameter and give a little more kerb protection.

they are alittle expensive but different!!! lol they weight in at 16lbs, which is very impressive, the centre is mag-alloy, the rim (barrel) is carbon fibre. i think these will look absoltuly fab on the Z4M!!!
