07 Z4MC with 10K miles - was in having an Oil service and was curious too. Got a PX value against an ex-demo 130i (24k, 100 miles on the clock) .... 18.5k PX value given on the Z4MC!!!
i'm sure the 130i was discounted heavily, therefore they've offered you 'trade price' for your car. I would imagine they'd be trying to retail your car at the £23K mark, and would be looking a £4500 gross markup.I would hold on tight unless you really need the extra space.

I'm off to look at a Z4MC tomorrow with 8k on the clock thats up for 18k in a dealership so those valuations seem very very generous TBH.
Surprisingly low. BMW dealer or indi? Low spec? Coming up out of warranty? Sounds a good deal regardless though!EDIT: Just as I was typing this have had a call from the dealers. They are up front which is good but they say the car has not had the running im service only the inspection 1 a few hundred miles ago. They do however give a warranty so the net warranty would expire at the same time as the BMW warranty so I'm not totally put off but I'll be looking at spending a lot less than 18k on it.
Just awaiting an email with details of what exactly their warranty covers.

I've just bought a Z4MC and wouldn't have touched one that hadn't had the running in service. The lack of warrenty and support is because the engine, gearbox and diff has special oil in it to allow the componants to 'bed in' - wear a bit. That's why they then change it out. If it has been 'bedding in' for 10k miles....... Well, that's why no one would touch it. I got 26k mile approved BM management car from a main dealer for £18.8k and it looks new. Given the prices of genuine ones, don't touch anything not properly looked after. Anyway if the owner forgot something that bloody important how well are they going to have looked after the car??
I thought about buying the Autoquake car, but a dealer wondered that as BM tend to buy all they can get their hands on as they are selling quite fast if it was really that good why BM dealers didn't want it. After all the leasing company would normally get a good deal there (and more than from autoquake....)
