e46 m3 cat back exhaust advice please

Any thoughts on best value cat back exhaust for e46m3. Hear Milltek's are good but don't really fancy paying over a grand.

Not after power (and know I'd need to do the Cats) just a richer deeper sound without bleeding ears or having to wear a baseball cap
