About as much as other similar cars in the classifieds on here, Autotrader and eBay......

As others have said maybe around 3k as a private sale.. It'll help if you dig out any old bills/invoices you've got for work done to the car. If you can prove it's be cared for that'll help with the sale..

Great to be honest about the condition, however when shopping for an M3 people want the very best. Abused / scruffy / neglected cars, in any way, can be a money pit and a bad investment.

What spec is it? It might make more than £3k if it is a particularly attractive spec/colour combo, however not much more.
