E36 M3 - new battery and trickle charger

Hi All,

Need a new battery for my second car the M3 - not been used for a while and battery needs replacing. Looked at thebatteryguys.co for and at £63 looks reasonable, however I also want to get a trickle charger to make sure I dont need to replace again too soon!

Anyone have one and can reccommend any? Saw on autoexpress the CTEK 36 at £50 but some views would be appriciated.

I have an Optimate 3, now replaced by the 4, had it quite a few years works perfectly, no problems.

I use a CTEK for mine: works a treat, the flying lead from the battery pokes out from under the first aid box & the mains lead is flat enough to close the boot before plugging into the mains. Well worth the effort.
