well well i did my first trackday in the ///m today i can honestly say the car was awesome!!! the car performed perfectly, the day itsself was at curborough sprint course and i can honestly say i met an absolute brilliant bunch of people, today i really saw the joy of cars in all its glory( and why i love being amoungst true enthusiasts), we were all chatting enjoying the day, looking at the cars, cheering each other on the track, it was a excellent start to the year, rite back to the ///m, it felt alittle tooo powerful for the small sprint track but my god did it monster that track, i left DSC alone as curborough has very small run off areas, sadly after my first trackday i can honestly say the sport button is useless, imo it actually makes modulating power more difficult resulting in an unsmooth progress which seem to upset the car!! the biggest suprise for me where the brakes which where AWESOME, i was only doing single lap sprints so obviously i didnt really heat them up but i was braking very late and they were faultless, what a gorgeous day, fantastic people, fantastic car, fantastic weather. top day!!! brilliant. the essense of PH imo!!

also got to test my strut brace at the cars limits and it does, really does make a difference in the roadster at the corner speeds i was hitting!! awesome!!

dont suppose anyone was their and saw me run? would love some pics if possible!!

Good stuff. I did have Cadwell booked but the organisers just announced a drift day at Oulton so I'm going to do that instead (yes I have a spare set of rims lol) I thought that would be a brilliant way of getting to grips with the cars handling on the limit.

If you enjoyed the little sprint track at Curborough then you'll love Oulton, Anglesey, Donington, Brands, Castle Combe, etc.

At least you didn't make the novice mistake of launching it over the Molehill, as I've seen a few cars roll there!
