I have my car back and it only took 4.5 month to fix

Picked up the M3 yesterday and had a bit of a blast home. It was so nice to drive a car with a surplus of power rather than the 1.25 Fiesta i'd been driving round in.

Fingers crossed the gearbox problem is solved once and for all.

I don't profess to understand exactly what went wrong, the original issue was a broken spring, that was fixed but in doing so other problems were introduced which took months to locate and sort.

It was a giant balls up but it's all behind me now. Got a big easter trip to see the folks and in-laws which should put 500 miles on the clock, can't wait.
