Insurance asking for make/model of immobiliser and tracker??

Direct line are being very anal...Anyone know what the make/model is for the immob and tracker for a 2002 M3..anyone know what they are called?

Ive told them they are both factory fitted but they wont give me a quote without this info...

Are you sure it's a factory fitted device? They're not usually a factory fit item. Usually done by the dealer.

Can't you just phone up whoever it is you pay your tracker subscription to and ask them to give you the details?

I'm pretty sure it's BMW EWS 3 (immobiliser)

The 'tracker' will entirely depend on what is fitted to the car, e.g. Tracker Retrieve, Tracker Monitor, Navtraq, imob etc.
