E60 M5 clutch/gearbox weakness?

Or am I just "lucky"?
The reason I ask is that 4 weeks ago I had a clutch replaced, which may have been hurried by the fact that I was showing my brother in law how the launch control feature works just before it popped.
Anyway got the clutch replaced and the car felt a lot more solid and confident on gear change, so was pretty happy, until yesterday... exactly the same sympthoms as the last time. The computer told me there is a drivetrain problem and that the car will not start once stopped, drive moderately...
The annoying thing is I have not done even a 100 miles since the clutch change and I have not even been caning it in M mode that much. Oh and I havent used the launch control once...
just getting fed up with the hassle...
