19" M3 wheel refurb in North West

I'm looking at getting my wheels refurb'd and I've been told because of the polished finish they will have to be sent to London to be diamond cut and will be away for a week at the the cost of £100 per rim! Can anyone recommend anywhere in the Northwest, preferably near Manchester?
