So

Went in for a wheel alignment and came out with a full set of poly bushes. Car was good before, but it really does drive tight as a drum now. Money well spent if you ask me.

good to hear, Im currently refreshing the suspension on my evo and am considering what bushes to go for (oem or not). I however am a right noob when it comes to suspension bushes. Can someone quickly list exactly what bushes are part of the suspension - front and rear - I know one or 2 (wishbone etc)
- a simple list will do

Definitely go for poly bushes. At a minimum you will want:

Lower Front wishbone bushes - rear of wishbone
Anti Roll Bar Bushes - Come with uprated ARB kits so don't pay twice if you want that mod too.
Rear trailing arms.

The other one is the rear subframe bushes, not done these get.

If it took a while then they didn't have the right tool! There is a special tool to pull these out in situ.

Bushes can be found here:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&am...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&am...

http://www.sealey.co.uk/PLPageBuilder.asp?gotonode...

for the front and they also list all the others. Cheapest on the "bay" too AND they rent out the tools to do it.
