E36 M3 Buying guide?

Is there such a thing? I fancy something with a roof for my commute and the E36 seems to tick most of the boxes. Would have to be a saloon and probably the 3.0

Insurance quote very reasonable. £650 FC with £300 excess for me @ 25 with 5Y NCB. Parked outside plus commuting and parking in a city school carpark daily!

(Last time I checked (18 months ago) it was £1,700 !)

Elephant. Admiral were similar (aware part of the same group). Lucky I live in a very good postcode so insurance is usually pretty reasonable (My MX5 under similar conditions is just above £200, with a lower excess).
