think they "fit" kelly from KDS had them on an E92 he was cleaning; think it was only rears at the time; but they do fit (given that he was only moving the car about 10yards). Unsure, but would like to know as I would consider them for my e92 when I shortly change my Michelin cups for new tyres all round.

They will fit pre facelift E90 and E91, they won't fit a facelift.

They won't fit any E92 or E93, facelift or not.

You will need to put the right size tyres on, the Ms come with a profile higher and the rears will rub.

I will find all the pics and post them sometime next week , moving house this week ready to move out at the weekend and trying to do this while carrying on working as always

You need REAR wheels all round the front fit spot on for clearance / offset etc , small but the rear csl's on the rear will need hub encentric spacers 12-15mm to match the fronts for ( looks only ) .

i do realise some people hate spacers , when using quality components never had an issue at all .

These pics are rear all round with 15mm eibach spacer on rears , The wheels do look small in the pics due to the WRONG size tyre for the E90/92/93 and the colour that i have had the csl wheels paint also makes them look a little smaller which you can get away with on a Z4 and E46 M3 .

Given that the e92 M3 concept had them, they should have been offered as an option.

Sorry...should have been more specific.

Facelift M3 E90. Is it likely to be different case for the 90 against the 92.

Wheels look awesome me thinks and far better than the 19" options she ordered.

Not the best picture .

Rear wheels on rear with small spacer and rear wheels on front straight fit

Here is front wheel on front and rear wheel on rear with spacer
The front is the same as the concept car and looks silly with the wheel being to inboard

looks ok in this photo but in the metal does look too inboard

Would agree.....the narrow front wheel looks not so good.

I love a wheel that is right on the limit...just tucked up inside the arch.

Does a CSL and E90/2 share the same tyre size on 19's?

I think it looks pretty good (bit biased as my car). My car actually runs the standard 19" wheels, but I do like the CSLs.

Std fitment on the E90 is a 245*40 front, CSL is a 235*35..
I'm not clear if KDS was playing with a set of CS or CSL rims, but its worth noting that the CSL fronts are 8.5J, and have a 5mm further outboard offset..

You can also run rear rims all round on an E46.. but you need to run -3.5neg frt camber to clear the arches.. some of the track cars i see run this set up..

Where are the spacers available from and more importantly what is the effect on the steering with the big wheels up front?

Not normally something I would ask but its the war departments car.

I think the colour is called black chrome they were done by Lepsons

www.lepsons.co.uk

They do look amazing in that colour, espescially when the sun hits them......
