I used NorthWestBMW when i had a 7 series and they were very professional. The M5 has always been to the main dealers but my last experience with the dealer next to Boundary Mill at the end of the M65 means i'll probably be back to NorthWestBMW next time.

Let me know how you get on with these guys. I have an E39 M5 myself that's in need of some TLC, and this would be fairly local.

That does surprise me.

I always thought that dealer next to Boundary Mill would be one of the more professional around. I guess you can't judge a dealer by it's stock/showroom!
