Tv option on m5 e60

Today they have been going on about set-top boxes being re-tuned for freeview. Now, I think the TV stations in the car are freeview, will these need re-tuning?

I've just tried and the channels are still working.

One more thing, when I was in Plymouth last week I noticed I had many more channels, any reason for this?

Haven't checked TV, but will probably need something doing; the reason you got more channels down south is because the 'West Country' is the first area to get digital; so i'd guess they'd get more channels first.
