WHERE ARE ALL THE M3's?
Discussion
I've been umming and arring recently, considering changing my E46 for a new MDCT saloon, so i've been keeping an eye on BMW UK.
I have noticed a couple of things recently.
E46 M3's are back in dealers at fairly high prices
but more interestingly most of the good E92's have disappeared!
Where there were plenty coupes and saloons and cars coming soon, only last week, this week there is almost nothing!
Now I can't believe that they are selling so fast, me thinks something is afoot.

Its quite simple. Everybody wants one but nobody wants to buy new as they are worried about depreciation.
8 months ago everything was dropping like a stone. I dont think many people have woken up to the good deals out there on new cars. Just got £3k over book on my rs4 (needed work on it too, inc tyres, pads etc) and was sold as seen to the dealer, and £4k on top off new saloon M3 with dct, edc etc.
The car supply is lower than the demand right now and it will reach new car market very soon as the lag from production slow-down follows right to the source. We should be back to usual middle of next year.
