I'm a member on M3 Cutters and it's possibly the best forum I have used, friendly and informative but still keeping a sense of humour.

Just remember to use the new owners section first as they like that

MTorque for me was no great loss, full of informative people but at the same time many were very arrogant and cliquey

As you all seem to be E46 M3 fans, I am looking for one, not sure what to go for...Looked at lots, mostly a bit dodgy though...Late convertible seems to be favourite, they do judder a bit though, any thing to watch for? Do they leak

Dont want SMG, are there any must have options?
What sort of money for a good late conv...dealer and private...?

We had one in Titanium silver with imola red nappa leather, came with a hard top, which made the car more rigid when fitted, also better for security! the extras that I would look for would be Harmon Kardon speakers, heated seats, xenon headlights, heated folding mirors, 19" wheels, wind deflector,it had SMG too, loved it,launch mode was fun, so would have that again, oh and fit a cold air induction kit, the induction roar is awesome! not sure on values as got ours trade, other halfs old man owned a dealership at the time, and it had been in the showroom for a while, so got a good deal on it. look for service history and get a warranty if buying from a dealer. Hope you find one. It's the only car i've had in the last 18yrs that i didn't need a reason to go out and drive!
The more I think about it the more I want one again,

www.cslregister.com now have a section for 'Other M powered' cars. Not very active ATM but neither was CSLReg a couple of years ago. Busy wee place now.

M3cutters is a good forum too, I use it often.
