I would love to be proved wrong, but sadly, I think the single comment against the original article is likely to be closer to the truth...

But again, I would LOVE to be proved wrong....!

I note the rear exhaust box appears to be the same as that used for the current M3, which would suggest that the car in the pictures is still a V8.

Why does it suggest that? What pokes out the back has little to do with whats up front.

Because the rear silencer box is exaclty the same as that fitted to the E92 V8.

If it were a development '35TT, you'd think //M division would need to change the exhaust plumbing wouldn't you?

it is obviously a tuners car and has KW stuck on the back of it so doubt BMW will be within 100 miles of the RIng that day.

No CSL, too late, but watch out for a special 135Mi

If it is a CSL, hopefully the production one won't have that stupid rear spoiler.

I really hope so - at least that'll give me the answer to what to buy next after my current M3 - Hope it doesn't have that silly spoiler though!
