Service indicator Z3M...?

My service book says its due for an Insp 1 but the service indicator says time for an oil service. An ideas why this would be?

Should the indicator say "Insp 1" or does it always just say "oil service" each time, irrespective of what is needed?

On the S54 engined version the dashboard indicator tells you whether inspection or oil service.
