I'm also 28 with an M5, insured with A-plan insurance (01635874646)

Now i'm not sure if this helps, but i originally insured it stock, and i then added a Milltek system (high flow cats and cats back, valued at £1500, to my policy around 5 months into it, the additional premium i had to pay was £35 which i thought was very reasonable.

That is however its only modification

Thanks

Matt

Mine's insured through Adrian Flux. Declaring modified brakes didn't add anything to the premium. I'm sure they would have been able to sort a quote if it had mods giving increased BHP etc.

Cheers, A plan were closed. Trying them tomorrow

Adrian FLux quoted me happy with only 100 extra for AP brakes and a fruity exhaust

Bell were reasonable when I declared my mods, but I was already insured with them. And I don't have an M5. frown
